With only limited teas coming in from the organic state of Sikkim, a batch from Temi garden becomes special indeed. In fact, a green tea from this young tea estate is very rare. This tea is a pleasant afternoon cup that is medium-bodied and has hints of astringency along with notes of sweet green veggies.

The liquor is thick, slightly brisk and feels ample in the mouth for a green tea. Taste of cooked veggies dominates the length of the cup. Short-lived notes of rice pop emerge which lend a certain textural feel to the liquor. Flavor of sweet peas in the backdrop with a hint of astringency that leaves the palate coated.
